Because of JBIDE-2190 I think we should add the following warning (not error) to the Seam
project wizard (maybe the facet page ?) IIF the user has a capital letter on the first
poistion of his project name:
"Project names which start with a capital letter may break Seam/JSF applications;
use lower case."
