I'm not able to say if to have only year 2007 or whatever different from current year
in copyright text is an issue or not.
I don't know how important is the year in copyright text.
And also to search for changes within particular plugins to be able to say that plugin was
changed could take lot of time.

Right now all copyright informations within JBDS has as last year 2009. I'm not sure
but probably we should change it to 2010.
For example JBoss Developer Studio About box has text "(c) Copyright JBoss by Red
Hat, contributors and others 2004 - 2009. " and probably should be "(c)
Copyright JBoss by Red Hat, contributors and others 2004 - 2010."
