Pull request is created. To keep this on top fix version is set to Beta1. If hibernate
core guys will apply the patch intime we could have this fixed in Beta1.

Reproducible with Hibernate 4.
I am going to create a workaround for Beta1: set script to console internally to true if
outputFileName is set and exportToDatabase is false.
Test case:
1. Create JPA Project with some mappings
2. Right click->JPA Tools->Generate Tables From Entities
3. Do not set exportToDatabse checkbox
4. press finish
Check if schema.ddl is generated
