The icon issue is a definite pain point that's been long running and I'd agree
that issue should be separate from the branding of the central page. The central page
should definitely be rebranded to reflect the RHD brand since it's using branding from
JBoss currently.
I'm working with [~crobson] to try and find a solution that will work within the
constrains we're living under.
I'll work on a more muted version.

If there is an EAP server present in Servers view, workbench tool bar contains 2 same
icons - Select a default server icon is same as Red Hat Central icon. We should make this
explicitly different.
