This makes quickly perusing the site very difficult. Propose we revert to the old approach so releng/QE/devs can more easily see the contents of the JBDS update site. Also need to change the template/XSLT so that it points to category.xml instead of site.xml, and expose the .all feature, now that it's available on the same site.
