I can reproduce the same. Steps:
1. Start JBT with new workspace
2. In Server View select New -> Server
3. Select EAP 5.x as the type and press Next
4. Set the path to your EAP/EPP 5.x location (including /jboss-as)
5. Server configurations are properly displayed, but none is selected by default so you
cannot press Finish - FAIL
