Verified, there is org.eclipse.m2e 1.8.1.20170728-1531 in 4.71.0.AM2-SNAPSHOT and
4.71.0.AM3-SNAPSHOT. Closing.

In Fedora, the latest o.e.m2e is 0.8.0, so we should use the same version in
JBT/devstudio.
