I'm not sure what you're asking for (that is, what is a standalone plugin). Jboss
tools package was installed in both eclipse versions via software updates mechanism.

Occasionally when i open an xhtml file eclipse crashes.
So far it appears to crash when i open an index.xhtml file, So i think its something in
the file that cause eclipse to crash.
It also only happens when i use the visual/source tab view.
