Then while in some ways it seems like a new runtime (the name gets a " 1" appended to it), in other ways it is like an edit (even though I've edited it so many times the name is "Runtime 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1", I don't actually have 20 configurations in "Window" --> "Preferences" --> Servers --> Runtime Environment, so it seems to be editing the existing rather than creating a new one.)
