externalize strings wizard operates on the source part, not the visual part of the web
page - so not enough reason to reopen this issue.
open a new one if there is a usecase where it makes sense to add this extra menuitem to
the context menu directlry from the visual part.

It's will be convinient to have JBoss Externalize string wizard from web page.
It's allow user inter message directly on page and then in couple click move this
messages to properties file and replace on page by prop keys.
