The application is created. Now there are three ways to run it from Eclipse:
# Set it as *default web browser*.
# Click on the application *icon* on the Eclipse toolbar (by default the icon is disabled
- see JBIDE-10417, JBIDE-10424).
# Right-click an html, htm or xhtml file and select *Open With*->BrowserSim
