Max Rydahl Andersen commented on JBIDE-13112:
---------------------------------------------
btw. the filename comes from the CDI TCK repo - need Alexey back to work on if he can just
rename these classes or not and still keep in sync with CDI TCK.
Moving this off the fix version for this release though.
Paths in repository are to long for MS Windows

Key: JBIDE-13112
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13112
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Reporter: Vlado Pakan
Assignee: Alexey Kazakov
Fix For: 4.1.x
Absolute paths to our sources are too long for MS Windows.
When running build on Jenkins git clone command is failing because git is not able to
extract source files to MS Windows file system because absolute path to extracted
file/directory is longer than 256 characters.
For example:
- extracted file:
{code}
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-javaee/tree/master/cdi/tests/org...
{code}
- path to extract to on MS Windows:
{code}
C:\hudson\workspace\jbosstools-trunk.jsf.bot.tests.codecoverage\modules/cdi/tests/org.jboss.tools.cdi.core.test/resources/tck/tests/context/passivating/broken/dependentScopedProducerFieldReturnsNonSerializableObjectForInjectionIntoStatefulSessionBean
{code}
