In scope of this bug was made following things:
1) SourceEditorPageContext manager was resolved for source page in xml format,
2) For pages in jsp format we haven't needed made taglib manager, we use manager from
wtp
3) loading templates was adjusted
4)VpePageContext now doesn't save information about templates, it's calculates
dynamically for each node.
code completion in xhtml docs does not work without Visual Editor
