Could someone please explain what they want this for other than Properties view? The
Properties view is already connected to both view selections (DockerImagesView and
DockerContainersView implement ITabbedPropertySheetPageContributor).

When the selection changes in the container and image view, it should be broadcasted so
that other views dependent on selection (like Properties views) can react accordingly.
