This issue happens due to a bug in Eclipse when adding a directory to the classpath (the
og directory in the org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core plugin in this case).
I have avoided the issue by moving log4j.xml to org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core/jbosscore
and removing the log directory. In this way log4j.xml will be on the plugin's
classpath without adding any directory to the classpath.
The attached org.eclipse.osgi plugin also fixes this issue.
Aliaksey, I would appreciate if you could replace your existing org.eclipse.osgi plugin
with this patched plugin and check if that solves the issue.

In this build issue JBIDE-3518 seems to be fixed.
