2) Our editor must respect characters in souces as much as possible. We cannot easily
separate automatic xml formatting from custom formatting, and if customer first writes
description in source and then opens form editor to do more edit, he should not find his
text reformatted.

from vpe open "h:outputLabel" tag;
in "Tag Library Editor" - html_basic.tld
html_basic.tld is not editable here - so I use "Tag Library Editor" to browse
html_basic.tld tags
1) Description field is too small - so text is not readable here
2) Description text has rudiment left spaces starting from the second string
I propose here for Description field create a new "colapsed thing" like
"Tag Description"
which placed above "Tag Description" and be collapsed by default in edit mode
and be expanded by default in read only mode
or just make it 2 times bigger
