Nah, if they fix their site, we can just point at it instead. Subsequent updates to JRebel
will pull from that location instead.

dependencies on WTP stuff?

we could add these entries to the Extras requirement site [1]:

That way, the Extras site would be able to resolve the deps, and it's not a URL we
