The dialog is just a proof of concept and not a final design, just a first stab. I'm
thinking of adding a second view to the request side (like the buttons above the response
side). The new view would have three drop-downs - service, port, operation, plus the parms
in a similar table to the screen shot. That would be the default view for the request
message but you could then look at the raw XML as well. This would eliminate the need for
the separate dialog.
