I've published m2e-jdt-compiler 1.0.0 to a stable url
(http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/m2e-jdt-compiler/).
I also requested it is made available via the m2e discovery mechanism
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=370983).
In order to fix JBIDE-10779 OOTB, we could decide to include it in our target platforms
and composite reqs mirrors.
