Reproduce:
- Install a brand new Eclipse 3.7.1/Indigo, EE version
- Install New Software
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/trunk/latest/all/repo/
- Select every checkbox, agree to licenses
- Restart
- when Eclipse restarts this is how the Welcome screen looks.
