Max has decided it shall not be available under abridged at this time. I'll leave the
issue opened for discussion, but unless Max changes his mind, it is likely to remain an
additional install separate from abridged.
The main reason for this is that launchbar installs itself enabled by default, which is
not the behaviour that Max thinks is appropriate.
Add LaunchBar to abridged tools

In 4.3.0.beta1, the LaunchBar must be installed separately from:
"http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/staging/updates/"
Can we add this to JBoss Tools (Abridged) and JBDS core?
