if user used such uri xmlns:l="urn:jsptagdir:/WEB-INF/tags/layout", he will be
able define laoyt1.tagx, layot2.tagx, layout3.tagx and etc possible templates in web
project. And then use on page like following l:layout1. User can dynamicly add and remove
components in project. For not not possible add Template wich will be handle all this
components.

Exist couple of libraries(JSF2, JSP) which provide possiblity of custom templates. So we
need extension which allows provide custom template handler for VPE, smth simular like
jsf2 libraries.
