As part of this change, it probably makes sense to move the plugin from the EA Central
catalogue to the GA one, as if we fell this is stable enough for its own Marketplace
connector, it's probably no longer Early Access quality.

Per discussion w/ Mickael Istria Bob Davis and Jeff MAURY, we should rename the Central
connector for fabric8 analytics to match the new connector in Eclipse Marketplace
(JBIDE-26463).
