[~psrna], just talked with [~vrubezhny] about testing stuff. So,
https://hudson.eclipse.org/webtools/job/jsdt-snapshots/ws/site/target/rep... can be
used for testing, this hudson is configured on jsdt master branch. However, the sheduling
cycle is not really obvious. Basically, if you need to test something and changes are not
on hudson yet you can either initialize the build manually (if you have the eclipse.org
account) or ask me or Victor to do it

Assuming that bower / npm were moved to eclipse jsdt -

Need to perform a cleanup in jboss.tools.jst.jsdt repo and remove related plugins / tests

Bower is in eclipse upstream and we probably will need reflect it in new & noteworthy
