When I try to edit one of these facelet files, I am prompted to add JSF capabilities to the project in order to get JSF completion. However I am unable to add JSF capabilities, as I am required to point to an exisiting web.xml file. The Seam Faces impl project does not have a web.xml file. I does however have a web-fragment.xml (I don't know if that's relevant). It would be nice to take advantage of the JSF tooling in "JSF library projects" without necessarily having a web.xml file.
