switched primary layout to formlayout, giving minimum height of 120 for stop args, but
with a 70% / 30% split with 70% space dedicated to start args and 30% dedicated to stop
args.

As mentioned, you cannot read all start args (group is too small) and there's lots of
wasted space at the bottom of the page.
