It seems this was a regression from JBIDE-11479, which was meant to save values after each
and every update to the runtime (text fields etc) to ensure that the working copy is
always updated with fields from the UI.
I've committed a fix.

When creating a new server runtime for e. g. EAP 5, the configuration directory is not
