OK, so I guess we'll have to have somebody else try this. [~jrichter1] perhaps you
could give this a try?
Make sure you have Windows Defender active, including the real time protection service,
and try to install devstudio using the standalone installer.

Today I tried to install devstudio 10.4.0.AM2 B286 using the standalone installer on
Windows 10 and got this during the installation:
