Snjezana Peco commented on JBIDE-8548:
--------------------------------------
It is possible to perform that.
I will add a preference page that will contain the following:
- description (JBoss AS, Maven, Eclipse...)
- port
- key binding
- show the description (y/n)
If you define "JBoss AS", 8787,ctrl+d+1,y when the plugin finds the application
on the 8787 port, the command will be shown as follows: "JBoss AS
E:\jboss-modules.jar, port=8787, pid=xxxx". The action will be associated with the
ctrl+d+1 key binding.
If you have Mac, could you please send me the output of the "lsof -i -P"
command?

It would be helpful if Eclipse could provide a 'debug as' with auto discover of
local java processes, somewhat like jconsole does. Eclipse should also auto associate the
debug session with the current project.
'debug as' -> 'remote process x'
