Ok, I've explored it a bit more. I am having 3 connections
2 connections to console.engint.openshift.com (userA at X, userB at X)
1 connection to cdk openshift (userC at Y)
It does not matter what combination is used. It was happening when I used different users
on same server (userA at X && userB at X), it was also happening when used
different servers (userA at X && userC at Y).
Server adapter wizard: listed services wont change if I go back and
select a different connection
