When user try to add RF capability into Project we could check Server Runtime of this
project to figure out whether it contains aj4 jar or not.
And ask user to remove it or cancel coping RF jars to project.
But if user registers Project in Server Runtime after "Add RH Capability" we
won't be able control it.
Any other ideas?

currently users need to manually remove the ajax4jsf.jar from seam projects to use the
richfaces 3.1 jars we bundle.
Needs to figure out how we can avoid that.
