An incremental publish is already supported in the view with one click. (select server,
click publish at the top of the view). No right-clicking needed.
Max: Should I add another icon up top for full publish? I honestly believe no action
should be taken here at the moment. I don't see right-clicking to access the menu as a
huge issue and the current way works and integrates well with the future servers view.
Thoughts?

to publish incremental or full, several clicks are necessary:
expand server -> select project -> select menu entry -> click.
eve if the project is preselected, right click -> select entry -> click is still
required.
it would be nice, if those task could be solved by a single clik -- like the
"publish to server" icon, which could be active even if a project is selected.
