I corrected the layout for the widget(s) where the user can specify the OpenShift project
in the new application and new resource wizard. I streched the project combo and removed
the empty space below it.

In wizard to create new resources the 1st line that allows one to select the OpenShift
project, there's plenty of space to the right. The project combo should be sclaed to
use all the available horizontal space so that the widgets are nicely aligned
