After working around JBIDE-11824 to start AS7.0.2 remotely, it is now able to stop
correctly. But there is a strange error when starting the server - JBIDE-11826 - it is
exclusive to AS7.0.2.
Anyway, the shutdown now works as expected for 7.0.2 so I'm closing this issue.
Verified in JBT 3.3.0.Beta3 H152.

This issue only applies to AS 7.0.2.
When you configure RSE server for AS 7.0.2 runtime and start it, everything seems to be
working. When you then stop it, it gets stopped in JBT, but the process keeps running on
the remote server.
