After researching and investigating I don't see any reason to add support to key
navigation in a dialogs like Properties dialogs (screenshot-2). Fields are not editable
there. Furthermore, the implementation of XTable, which is used is such dialogs, is
complicated and this table can be used in other dialogs and wizards with the different
number of columns and cell editors. So, for now it's better to leave this dialog as it
is.

if the focus in the table -> press "Enter" - should edit value; if the focus
not in the table -> press "Enter" - same as "Finish";
if the focus in the table - if edit value mode -> press "Esc" - should
cancel value changes;
if the focus in the table - if edit value mode -> press "Enter" - should
save value changes;
