Ok, so SOA-P does *not* include the fix needed yet for this to work. It was supposed to.
The url name will in JBoss Tools defaults to the jbpm community location (i.e.
/jbpm-console/upload)
and in JBDS we will default to the SOA-P location by initializing the jbpm plugin
preference to /jbpm-console/app/upload), see JBDS-1072 for that.
