EPP 5.0 fails if there is some JBoss specific portal xml file. JBoss specific portal xml files are necessary for JBoss Portal 2.7 (JBoss AS 4.2). GateIn doesn't use those files. Anyway, I stil don't understand why JBoss AS validates portal xml files when they exist. They are portal files that are being validated and interpreted by the portal component.
