The problem appears to be upstream. I've committed a workaround to TRUNK and BRANCH
(3.0.0.Beta1), so the target is both beta1 and CR1 since a workaround was added.
I've also downgraded as the remaining issue is upstream and not a priority.

Sometimes the archives "new archive" menu fills up with duplicates... JAR WAR
EJB EAR JAR WAR EJB EAR JAR WAR EJB EAR
Also appears when debugging the menuAboutToShow2 method which adds the new items.
Apparently if you breakpoint in menuAboutToShow2, pressing "play" again removes
focus from the runtime workbench and something upstream must be causing this to not
properly empty the menu items.
