Resolution: Duplicate Issue
for 2.1.0 it is ok for now since the version properties are hardcoded and now updated.
For 3.0 JBDS-723 and JBDS-729 captures this issue better and aare blocker/critical.

Fix For: 2.1.0
Changes in the eclipse.ini related to P2 have been made. This means we should make sure
future GA versions do not clobber the eclipse.ini in an inappropriate fashion.
Only appropriate clobbering allowed!
