That mean use the latest version available under http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/updates/M/ For m2e-wtp, we can use https://repository.sonatype.org/content/sites/forge-sites/m2eclipse-wtp/0... as a reference, it's compatible with m2e-core 0.13.0 M7
