I can't reproduce it anymore. If I see it again I will reopen the issue with details.
OpenOn doesn't work for "for" attributes of RichFaces
components.

1. Try to Ctrl+Click at <rich:componentControl for="loginModalPanel"/> in
following xhtml:

It works for first rich:componentControl but doesn't for second one.
