This proposal is provided by Eclipse WTP. They add such a proposal with current attribute
value. I don't know what for. IMO it's absolutly useless. In this case you have a
broken XML and WTP HTML editor can't get the correct value of the attribute so they
show 2 line string.
IMO it's a minor issue which we can report to Eclipse.
