Note that I've moved from using a 4.nn.x branch to using master, since we no longer
have to worry about MIN and MAX TP versions -- they'll be the same going forward.
I've also dropped the second digit from the versioning (4.80.x -> 4.9.x) because
going forward there won't likely be an Eclipse Platform 4.9.1 release, just 4.9.0. And
even if they DO one, we can use 4.9.1 too.
