[~ldimaggio] can you try resizing the window and see if stuff shows up? I've seen
behavior like that before in linux in the past. If resizing doesn't work, there's
a bigger bug. If it does, then it's a small issue with some swt cause behind it.

See attached screenshots - after installing 9.1.0, server adapters are seen on RHEL, not
on Windows10.
