In this patch:
Modified the "Apply Freemarker Template" text to just be "Apply
Template". Also, removed the "Apply XSL Template" option for now until
we're ready to add it back in.

I think the "Apply FreeMarker Template" should just be called "Apply
Template". The fact that it's a FreeMarker template is an implementation detail.
When we have support for XSLT, perhaps we can have a radio button to allow selection of
the templating tech to use.
