Aliaksey, have you red my references to JBIDE-845, and comments? Your stack trace is same
as that for JBIDE-845.
Original description to this issue involved specifics that implied problems in our code -
those were fixed. Other ways to make content assist fail are same as in JBIDE-845. So, I
suggest closing this issue.

1. EXECUTE: Create JSF KikStart project.
2. ASSERT: Check that JSF project with given parameters appears in resources tree
3. EXECUTE: Open WebContent/WEB-INF/faces-config.xml in created project
4. ASSERT: Editor opened on Tree tab
5. EXECUTE: Switch to source tab
6. EXECUTE: Put cursor inside <managed-bean> element and press Ctrl+Space
7. ASSERT: Content proposals list shows children nodes allowed for managed-bean element
FAILURE: Proposal list shows only XML templates
