please attach your error log so we can see the full error.
And does it only happen for hibernate perspective? many times these are just a matter of
the perspective views being affected by the current selection.
What happens if you go to Window > Reset Perspective...

Contributor org.eclipse.ui.navigator.ProjectExplorer cannot be created.
Plug-in "org.eclipse.ui.navigator.resources" was unable to instantiate class
"org.eclipse.ui.internal.navigator.resources.workbench.TabbedPropertySheetTitleProvider".
New Workspace:
1) Select "Java EE Web Project" under Create Projects of JBoss Central
2) Open the Hibernate Configurations view - change the config to work with H2 Sakila
3) Select the Hibernate Perspective
