Francisco, does this file work with "XML Editor" (WTP's editor) ?
Our Component.xml Editor extends WTP's one. Such error messages come from it.

If, for example, components.xml is edited with another XML that saves it with encoding
UTF-8Y then the visual editor produces an error (I like that) but it does not help to fix
it (It took me a lot of hours to find out what was going on). It should offer to remove
the UTF-8Y BOM.
