Slava, please add that checking and show a dialog with three options:
1. Remove old a4j.jar from project.
2. Don't copy new richfaces libs to project.
3. Cancel.

currently users need to manually remove the ajax4jsf.jar from seam projects to use the
richfaces 3.1 jars we bundle.
Needs to figure out how we can avoid that.
