DnD does not currently work in our server's view. Spending past 4 hours looking at
common navigator API to figure out how to do it.

It seems like I can drag'n'drop WTP modules to a server, but I can't do it
for single files (i.e. -ds.xml)
I have to Make Undeployable and then Make Deployable to have it work.
